Some Definitions

1

Efficiency

Efficiency is a ratio of inputs, such as raw materials, to outputs, which include the desired product or action and wastes. Higher efficiency results in lower waste.

2

Effectiveness

Effectiveness is a description of the time used to complete a cycle from input to output. The higher the effectiveness, the lower the time from beginning to end.

3

Continuous Improvement

Continuous Improvement is the act of making processes and products both more efficient and effective. This can include reducing waste, costs, and time.

What we do:

Greystoke Solutions is a continuous improvement and solutions management consultancy that seeks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client products and process, through the use of continuous improvement methodologies (primarily Lean Six Sigma).

We put our customer first.

At Greystoke Solutions, we seek to build a firm relationship with our clients, designing and providing solutions that fits with their timeline, budget, and requirements.

2

Not just improvement.

In addition to continuous improvement projects, we are also a solutions management consultancy. This means that we will help you think outside the box to brain storm solutions to whatever project or problem you are facing.

3

Do the extra work.

While we strive to provide a time-saving or waste-reducing solution, we will not just give a solution and leave. The teams at Greystoke Solutions work alongside our clients to provide the best way to integrate our solutions.

4

Building relationships.

We don't just meet the project requirements. We do what is best for the people we serve, doing what is best for our clients, our community, and our employees.
